She is Chief Operating Officer at Aleph, where she oversees organizational processes, HR frameworks and the design of impact strategy and measurement across the portfolio.
She previously worked in business and sustainability at LVMH and Chanel (cosmetics, haute couture & jewellery).
After completing a course on the circular economy at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Constance advised company leadership on sustainable development challenges and now helps founders scale with both people and purpose in mind.
