Jules supports teams in designing efficient, intelligent work systems.
He designs and maintains the shared knowledge base, drives continuous improvement, and trains teams on effective tool use. He also helps structure processes for tool adoption, supports product and service development from MVP to innovation strategy, and brings a gamification lens to products through his work with World Game.
He holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science from ENS Paris and a certification in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from PSL. His scientific background gives him a rigorous, experimental mindset for user research, testing, and product insight.
He bridges cognitive science and business, focusing on creativity, decision-making, learning, and time management—topics he teaches and lectures on. He also teaches creativity at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and is the author of Dans la Baignoire d’Archimède (Arkhé, 2021).
